Shipping + Returns

Blackmore Hair currently only ships within the United States and Puerto Rico.

We are actively working on the necessary regulatory & legal requirements needed to distribute our products internationally.

If you do not live in an area that we can ship to, please reach out to us at info@blackmorehair.com and let us know so we can ensure you stay informed when our product is available in your area.

Domestic Orders (U.S.)

Enjoy free fast 2-3 business day shipping on all U.S. orders over $99; All orders are shipped out of our Chicago, IL warehouse. Orders are typically shipped within one business day, however, please allow up to two business days for your item to be shipped. Orders are not shipped on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or holidays. If you order on those days, your order will be shipped the following one-to-two business days. 

Note that shipping times are not guaranteed, but best estimates. Expedited shipping is an available upgrade at checkout, if needed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number via email. If you don't see a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam box.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If we ship your order before you notify us, there's nothing we can do reverse the order.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please email us the correct shipping address right away (info@blackmorehair.com). If we ship your order before you notify us, there's nothing we can do, unfortunately.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided when ordering. If you did not purchase shipping insurance with your order, we cannot be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

We are unable to provide a full refund for orders that are marked as "Return to Sender". These orders are not guaranteed to reach our warehouse (in most cases they do not) and therefore only eligible for a 50% refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once shipped, packages typically take 7-15 business days, but in certain circumstances, packages can be held up in customs, sometimes taking 3-6 weeks to arrive. Unfortunately, we don't have control of shipping after it leaves our warehouse. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping times are an available upgrade at checkout.

*All customs, taxes, import duties, or any additional or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a slight chance that your local government may not charge VAT or duties. However, if you are charged, we can't be responsible for these fees in any way as these aren't charged by us, and therefore, we don't receive any of the funds. Since duties and taxes vary by country, we can't add these costs to your checkout total. If you have any questions about taxes and duties, please contact your local contact your local customs office for more information. Finally, shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded if refused because of VAT/taxes.
